REAL MADRID AND BARCELONA
Real Madrid and Barcelona are two big teams because of their history. These two famous teams are very appreciated by all the world, not only for their history, but also for their numbres of games each team has won. That´s why they have differences and here there are two of them.
One obvious difference they would have is the number of games won by each club between them. According to the Fifa, Real Madrid has won 85 games; on the contrary, Barcelona has won 79 games. Nevertheless, Madrid, also according to the Fifa, has benn the best soccer team of the world by the year 2007, just as Barcelona has been in the year of 2008. " We play soccer and that is what we do best ", says Cristiano Ronaldo, a big soccer player of Real Madrid, and it can show how good they can play.
Another difference between them, is the day which each team has been founded and who their founders were. "The Merengues" has been founded in 1902(qtd , RM 3). On the other hand, the culers have been founded in 1899(qtd, FC Barcelona 4) First of all, Real Madrid has been founded by the Free Teaching Institution and then, they have been called the team of the Foot Ball Sky; by comparison, Barcelona has been founded by Jean Gamper and its first president was Walter Wild; however, the first president of Madrid was Julian Palacios
In brief, by reading this, people can decide for which team they are going to be fan, but consider that they throughout are different teams because of their way of playing soccer and the day of fundation each team has.
I agree that there are differences, but I believe that both are good soccer teams that will try to win some cups. I like your essay and how you wrote it.
